Very pleasant experience with alwayswebhosting.com - Review

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

I would like to make a recommendation for alwayswebhosting. I have used their service for one year and had a great uptime. I have had no critical support issues, but all my general inquiries were replied to promptly and friendly.

I switched to a vps provider in Germany last year only because server location is closer to most of my customers. Unfortuantely, I missed to cancel the paypal recurring payment with alwayswebhosting and was billed for another year. Strangely enough, paypal doesn’t list recurring payments under “recurring payments” as you would suppose, but under “pay list”, so I assumed i already cancelled it.

When I contacted alwayswebhosting with my problem, they didn’t hesitate and refunded the payment. They certainly were not obliged to do so, so it was a very fine gesture.

I am very pleased with my experience with them and would suggest you consider them when you are in need of a reliable hosting account. Ronnie, the owner, is very approachable and most helpful.

I will definately come back if I need shared hosting in the US again!

Hostpc.com web hosting service - review

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

I stated hosting with them back in the first part of October when hostsimplex closed shop on me.

hostpc is an interesting host they do have a very powerful server which is able to run my site with very few issues or complaints which is good so will say they have great service and do have me impressed by the servers them selves. Even the load which I look at from time to time has not been above 1 every time I look at it its been 0.some thing but it is possible it has gone above that when I have not looked at it.

I only had 2 or 3 times when the site was down. One time it was down for over 6 hours do to a router failure which they did post on thier own site that customers would be given a credit. So after seeing tht I replied to the ticket about the outage and asked about the credit. and was given a fairly rude reply and told to wait until they update the news post about it. So I kept an eye on the news post for several days and gave up after about 2 or 3 weeks of seeing no update. After that I just kind of took the credit as a lie or they forgot.

Tmzhosting web hosting ROCKS! An Honest Review

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

I’ve been hosted with Tmzhosting from the past 5 months and it has been the best hosting experience I have ever had with any host! Words that perfectly describe Tmzhosting: Fast,Reliable and Rock Solid! They won’t vanish over night with your website.. They are simply the best hosting I have come across so far  Ive used - Hostgator, HostMonster, BlueHost and several other highly repped web hosts but my experience with Tmzhosting has been the best and the smoothest!

I bought Tmzhosting in a promo which they had about 5 months back and I’m still hosted with that promo.. Never thought about changing my host or complaining about slow speeds! They never gave me a chance to complain. Cpanel 11(Latest), Fantastisco Delux, Site Builder, Free/Instant Setup, AwStats, Unlimited SQL/Domains come along for the most affordable prices ever! No Slow Speeds! Special proxy server for proxy clients! What else? A 30 day money back guarantee(I bet you won’t need this!) and Monthly Payments Facility! What else do you need?

You can try Hostgator, Hostmonster, BlueHost, DreamHost, Servage etc but when your tired finding a host and you give up, switch over to TmzHosting… Or

Switch over to TmzHosting tomorrow and save your Money and Time! My overall rating would be a 10/10!

iHubNet.com review - STAY CLEAR!

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

Well, let me start off and say that i’m so frustrated with iHubnet.com. I’ve been using their WHMCS/Hosted Licensing services for one of my other services that I offer. I signed up with them about 3-4 months ago and the start was pretty rocky.

1st issue:
I hoped on livechat and told them that I needed my whmcs license key. I was instructed to post a support ticket requesting the license, as it can be issued over livechat. I thought that was fine due to livechat not typically being the correct support method or a secure way to provide licenses. I tried to submit a ticket only to see a license error on their kayako support system. I told Matt that I couldn’t submit a ticket and was instructed to wait for the license error to be fixed on Kayako. I waited about 12+ hours for the helpdesk to finally return to normal. So I ended up waiting and waiting (24 hours give/take) to have my license finally issued. I ended up just canceling with them and requested a refund. I needed a license setup and just went back to licensepal.com.
